i also have a 1.3tp longblock so need tins and stuff to build it back to a full engine

You wont need a oilcooler on mate i run a 1641 with twin 36 dells c35 cam and lightened flywheel.
It gets some stick and has been fine even on a hot day.
Buggys have plenty of air circulation.
My last buggy never had one and had no tinware on and that ran ok also.
